I purchased all new windows for my house, 15 in all, in 2003. I have RE-replaced them myself, ALL of them, 3 times.

All broken seals.. It takes forever to get them received after calling the company - also, I have had problems getting other 'parts'. For example, the pieces (don't know what you call them), that the tilt windows SIT in that allows them to go up and down - well several of them have just totally disintegrated.. Well, i ORDERED those things when I ordered the new winder..

The people at their office, when i went to get the window, did not have them, they said they'd order and call me - that was in May. It's October now, and I've left messages but NEVER get any call from them.

I would NOT REMOTELY suggest purchasing anything from them. I'm sorry that I did.

We also had Alside replacement windows installed in June 2012, 5 of which now have mold growing in between the 2 panes of glass.

Called the warranty line several times and it's always busy. Tried the Alside Support toll free phone number, 800-489-****, got a computer generated voice message which refers you to the warranty number or offers the opportunity to email them with your concerns. Did both; still no contact.

Their customer service, if you can call it that, sucks!
